Completing a set turns its perk on for good. Perks are small on purpose and share one cap of 250 XP a season. The streak shield has no cap.

How drops work

Where gear comes from, and what Sweat is

Gear drops for the things that make you better, not just busier:

Every level-up drops something, and rarer gear gets likelier from level 8.
The season pass: every 450 season XP is a tier, with Sweat, drops, two scenes and the season's exclusive at tier 30.
Good habits: a recovery week, check-in streaks of 7, 14, 30, 60 and 100 days, beating your usual over a month, rating every session in a week, and clearing all three weekly quests.
Wins: challenge wins (weekly wins are rare or better, monthly epic or better), your weekly rivalry, and beating the monthly boss together (rare or better for everyone who chipped in).
Any session of 15 minutes or more has a small chance, at most one a day.

The dice are fixed per event, so nothing can be re-rolled. Sweat is the currency: one for every hour you train (up to 10 a week), plus quests, rivalries, the boss, the pass and melted-down duplicates. Gear that drops can only be found; Sweat is spent in the shop, which sells its own lines that never drop at all.
